As a Security Guard Healthcare Patrol Driver in Kissimmee, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.49 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do:
    Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, patients, and/or first responders as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and observe activity in waiting areas, hallways, and other common spaces, reporting concerns and documenting security-related incidents according to site procedures.Assist with traffic flow, visitor guidance, and de-escalation support when appropriate, helping maintain order during routine operations and/or high-volume periods. Minimum Requirements:
      A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.Must be able to meet hospital vaccine requirements.Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue environment.Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.Be at least 21 years of age.Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment when required.Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:
