Securities Operations Associate

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Securities Operations Associate to join their team. As a Securities Operations Associate, you will be part of the Securities Operations department supporting investment industry processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or process extensive knowledge of systems
• Provide ideas for improving or implementing processes
• Perform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquiries, and reconciling transactions
• Review time-sensitive documents
• Provide training or work direction to less experienced staff

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent
• Preferred 4-year degree related to finance or IT business
• Experience in securities processing, reconciliation, and resolving transaction issues
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
