Seasonal Boat Rental Captain - Lake Chelan (Seasonal - FT)

Chelan Bay Marina is looking for multiple seasonal boat rental captains! This position requires being outside, moving boats, and supporting customers with daily boat rentals!

Chelan Bay Marina (CBM) is Seattle Boat's newest operation serving customers with daily rentals, weekly or daily moorage, and boat sales!

Seasonal Commitment May 15th - September TBD

Compensation: $17.13-$19/hour dependent on experience

Anticipated Hours: 40 hours/ week

Age Requirement: Must be18 yearsof age or older

Location: Chelan Bay Marina

What You'll Get:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Some boat detailing - interior and exterior wash/wipe downs as needed
• Provide stellar service to customers while being a team player with your coworkers
• Promote a fun and safe boating culture for customers renting a daily boat
• Maintain cleanliness of all boats and dock spaces
• Operate power boats ranging from 19'-25'
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Required:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule - including weekends!
  • Willing to obtain a Washington State boater safety card
  • Basic computer skills
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide sincere and exceptional customer service
  • Organized and detail-oriented
• Strongly Recommended:
  • Boating experience - a general love for being on and around the water
  • Obtained Washington boating license, or willingness to get one.
  • Prior POS experience
