Position OverviewWe are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Screen Print Production Worker to join our team. This is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the screen printing process, preparing materials, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and breakdown of screen printing jobs
- Load and unload garments onto printing machines
- Catch, stack, and organize printed apparel
- Perform quality checks to ensure prints meet company standards
- Prepare garments and materials for production (sorting, counting, staging)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Assist with screen cleaning and basic shop maintenance
Qualifications
- Some prior screen printing experience required (additional training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
