Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain (Ohio SLP license)

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Competence developing and implementing IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students in K-12
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
