Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding school-based opportunity supporting students near Kenosha, WI as a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract position offers the chance to positively impact the lives of elementary-aged learners within a caring and collaborative educational environment. With a manageable caseload ranging from 35-45 students and the support of two experienced COTAs, you'll have the resources needed to focus on each child's success.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current OT license in Wisconsin (or eligible to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting
  • Comfortable managing an elementary-majority caseload
  • Strong collaboration skills, with ability to partner with COTAs and other education professionals
  • Effective communicator with students, parents, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate supports into classroom settings
  • Supervise and coordinate with COTAs to ensure quality service delivery
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Monitor and report on student progress toward established goals
