Position Summary
RCM Healthcare is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our local School Districts. This role provides clinical oversight, behavioral assessments, treatment planning, parent education, and supervision to support clients and families in achieving meaningful progress through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
As a BCBA, you will collaborate closely with behavioral teams and caregivers while using evidence-based practices to drive client growth and positive outcomes. This opportunity offers scheduling flexibility, competitive compensation, and the ability to work remotely or in hybrid settings when approved.
