Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding journey supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment. Four onsite part-time opportunities are available, with flexibility across several school sites and varied caseloads. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply and will be paired with experienced colleagues to support professional growth.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or pending MN SLP license with dual certification in view (please include a PDF copy with your application)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows considered
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is valuable, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs across elementary and middle school populations

Position Structure & School Assignments:

  • Start: Approximately August 25, 2026 (students begin September 8, 2026)
  • End: June 10, 2027
  • Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday (part-time assignments by building, ranging from 0.3 to 0.7 FTE)
    • Northdale MS: 0.4 FTE
    • Hamilton ES: 0.5 FTE
    • Mississippi ES: 0.7 FTE
    • Rum River: 0.3 FTE

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to assigned caseloads
  • Collaborate with education staff, families, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress documentation
  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans
