School Based Physical Therapist in Fullerton, CA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team for the school year. This full-time position focuses on supporting an elementary school caseload, helping students develop and improve the physical skills necessary for academic success and daily participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting student growth and inclusion
