Sand Blaster - 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Sand Blaster
• Pay Rate Range: $18.00-$24.00/hr
• Location: Becker, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• No experience necessary but Blasting Experience is preferred.
• Compliance with the Quality Assurance program is required.
• This position requires an experienced, energetic, and detail-focused individual with good dexterity that wants to be a part of a growing team and company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Under the direct supervision of the Paint Shop Plant Manager, this position performs industrial steel.
• Sandblasting for a variety of jobs.
• This position needs to collaborate with other team members and work within the production schedule.
• Proactively maintain all tools and equipment used and follow all safety precautions.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sandblasting and have the drive, and skills required to be an exceptional part of our team.
• Wears a full "astronaut"suit with an air hose for cool air, constantly getting cooled.
• Water/gatorade is provided.
