The Salon Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of a large salon team, ensuring seamless appointment scheduling, client communication, and inventory management. This position supports a dynamic team of 16+ staff and assists with event planning and marketing efforts to enhance client engagement and salon visibility. The ideal candidate will be familiar with third-party booking software and comfortable with occasional travel to events or other locations. This role offers growth opportunities leading to advancement as a salon manager.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage client appointments using third-party booking software
• Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and address inquiries
• Oversee inventory management ensuring supplies are stocked and organized
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Coordinate and support salon events and promotional activities
• Assist with marketing initiatives to drive salon growth and client retention

• Previous experience working in a salon environment
