About the Role: As a Sales Representative , you will serve as the connection between our company and customers, providing valuable benefits solutions. We offer a structured career path , with opportunities for advancement into management within 60-90 days , based on performance.
No cold calling or soliciting required -our public relations team works with over 44,000 groups across North America to provide pre-qualified leads.
Compensation & Benefits:
Paid weekly (1st year average: $70,000 - $75,000 )

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate benefits solutions.
Maintain transparency and honesty in all client interactions.
Develop and refine sales skills through company-provided training.
Manage time effectively to meet sales goals and customer expectations.
Work closely with the team to achieve company objectives
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic computer proficiency.
Positive, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic.
Ability to take direction and apply coaching feedback.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must pass a background check.
