Salary $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus + Benefits + REMOTE from the SE US

We are seeking an experienced OEM Sales Manager to drive growth and develop strategic relationships within the OEM and key focus markets. This is a high-impact opportunity for a technically minded sales professional who understands the HVACR industry and knows how to build long-term customer partnerships. A bachelor's degree in engineering is a big plus!

As the Sales Manager, youll focus on:
Develop and execute OEM sales strategies using 80/20 principles
Manage and grow relationships with key OEM and focus-market accounts
Identify new business opportunities and develop direct customer relationships
Lead sales forecasting, pricing, negotiations, and commercial agreements
Partner with Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, and Application Engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
Support new product development and identify opportunities for growth
Provide product, sales, and technical training to customers and internal teams
Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events.

Minimal requirements for this Sales Manager position:
Strong leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills
Experience with OEM sales and/or the HVACR industry
Working knowledge of 80/20 principles and CRM systems
Strong contract negotiation and pricing experience
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and mentoring skills
Technical problem-solving ability with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout North America.
