SALES APPRENTICE - Construction Industry

The Sales Apprentice supports the sales team while learning the fundamentals of business development, customer relationship management, and product sales within the construction industry. This entry-level position is designed for an individual who is motivated to learn, build customer relationships, and develop into a successful sales professional. Responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, preparing quotes, following up on leads, maintaining customer records, and gaining knowledge of construction products, services, and industry practices. The Sales Apprentice will receive hands-on training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and account management while working closely with experienced sales professionals.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to learn sales principles and customer service techniques.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Interest in the construction, building materials, or related industries.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
