Roofing Repair Technician

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Repair Technician with over 3 years in the trade to join our team. The role involves working primarily on asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and flat roofs, often independently or in small teams. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to communicate effectively with customers. Occasional travel to various job sites is required, with opportunities for skill development through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs to identify damage and wear
• Assess and document roof damage accurately
• Perform roof repairs on asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofs
• Handle and transport roofing materials safely
• Comply with all safety regulations and protocols
• Support installation processes as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair status
• Maintain a clean and safe work site
• Operate roofing equipment efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing repair experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of roofing techniques for slopes and low slopes
• Familiarity with safety regulations specific to roofing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
• Ability to work well within a team
• Customer service skills to address client needs
