Nano Services LLC is New Jersey's premier roof rejuvenation and restoration company. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Roofer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a master of asphalt shingle systems and a natural leader capable of maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage asphalt shingle projects from initial estimation through final replacement.

• Lead and supervise a crew to ensure timely project completion.

• Enforce strict quality control and safety measures on every job site.

• Provide expert insight on various roofing systems and applications.

Qualifications:

• Professional hands-on experience with asphalt shingle roofing.

• Proven ability to lead a team and manage job site workflows.

• Expertise in liquid-applied materials or other roofing systems is a significant plus.

• Strong communication skills for estimating and client interaction.

Compensation:

• Competitive Base Salary + Commission structure.
