Job Summary and QualificationsIn the role of Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with providing exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental requirements and state-specific practice standards. Working closely with medical professionals and the care team, you will deliver individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing frameworks such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' You will also serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and favorable clinical outcomes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:Evaluating the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
Carrying out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical records.
Administering prescribed medications, observing the patient for therapeutic responses, and taking appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.
Delivering outstanding care by promptly addressing patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues that arise.
Educating patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up procedures, ensuring they fully understand complex medical terminology.
Active Registered Nurse license
Associate Degree in Nursing
A minimum of 1 year of RN experience is required
