RN Registered Nurse

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, resident-centered care within our healthcare services department. The ideal candidate will engage in thorough assessments, create and execute personalized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance resident outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health needs.
• Develop and implement tailored care plans for each resident.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Supervise and support nursing staff and other support personnel.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents and their families.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
