Shift: Full Time - 36hrs/wk - Days
Mercy is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital setting. The RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice or compact state licensure.
Required Certification:
Additional certifications may be required by unit: ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, PEARS, C-EFM, S.T.A.B.L.E., and other specialty certifications.
Preferred SkillsPatient assessment, care planning, acute care nursing, patient education, EMR documentation, care coordination, patient safety, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
