What You'll Do
Coordinate and oversee daily nursing care for NICU patients.
Lead and support nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for coworkers.
Collaborate with physicians, leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Assist with staffing coordination and operational needs.
Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Address patient, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.
Support a culture of engagement, shared governance, and Nursing Excellence.
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in the applicable state of practice.
3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification or ability to obtain within probationary period.
Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
Leadership or charge nurse experience.
Relevant specialty certifications.
