Description
:The Nurse Care Coordinator is a registered or licensed nursing professional responsible for the development and coordination of lactation services, breastfeeding education, and clinical support programs within the Women's Center. Utilizing a patient-centered approach, this role provides lactation education and support to pregnant and postpartum patients and their families, coordinates care for patients and/or mother-infant couplets, and promotes positive maternal and infant health outcomes through collaboration with providers.
