Part-Time Retail Staff Pharmacist - Day Shift
Location: Rathdrum, ID
Type: 13-week contract to hire opportunity

A valued retail pharmacy seeks a skilled Staff Pharmacist for part-time day shifts to join a collaborative team dedicated to excellent patient care and customer service. This role offers a supportive environment with a consistent volume of 300-400 prescriptions daily, providing opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescription accuracy and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide clear, compassionate patient counseling and education
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards within the pharmacy team

Schedule / Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Saturday work grants a weekday off)

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid, active pharmacist license in Idaho
• Proven pharmacy experience in retail settings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills aligned with customer service excellence
• Ability to work within the Pioneer pharmacy system preferred
• Updated resume, completed skills checklist, and professional references ready

Work Environment:

• Team includes 3 pharmacy technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
