Retail Picker Packer

G & M Self Pay Markets is a family owned and operated vending service in Hillsboro, IL, that is looking for a reliable and hardworking Retail Picker with driving capabilities to join our team! If you have strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
•Starting Pay: $15- $17 per hour (based on picking experience) with 3 & 6 month evaluations for pay increases
• Location: Hillsboro, IL
• Schedule: Sun- Thurs day shift Starting at 3:30 pm every day except Sundays at 11 am (hours depend on how many stops to be filled)

• Training takes up to 2-3 weeks
Responsibilities:
• Picks and packs products as needed to fill location orders utilizing cart.
• Load products with care in vans.
• Ensure accurate packing and maintain inventory sheets.
• Provide excellent team work with others.
• Able to perform in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Must be a self-starter.

• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to work with little supervision.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Must be accurate with reading numbers.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently and another others.
• Failure to maintain any of these requirements may result in disqualification from the position.
