Packaging Associate

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Box Assembly: Efficiently folding and taping cardboard boxes to prepare for production runs.

• Product Packing: Carefully placing individual products into smaller boxes according to quality standards.

• Secondary Packaging: Consolidating smaller units into larger master cartons for final shipping.

• Quality Checks: Ensuring all items are packed securely and that packaging is free of damage.

To maintain our safety and quality standards, all associates must adhere to a strict dress code and safety policy. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in being sent home.

• Must wear closed-toed shoes at all times.

• Must wear a long-sleeved shirt and long pants (no shorts or skirts).

• Clothing must be clean and free of tears, holes, or loose debris.

• Grooming & Safety:

  • No false eyelashes.

  • No acrylic or fake nails.

  • No visible piercings (to ensure product safety).

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

• Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
