This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager who enjoys coaching teams, creating great guest experiences, and helping drive restaurant success.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members
• Partner with the General Manager to drive sales and profitability
• Help manage labor, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls
• Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness expectations are met
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• Foster a positive and engaging team culture
• Deliver memorable guest experiences through hands-on leadership

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial awareness and operational understanding
• Passion for hospitality and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
