Restaurant Manager - Experience & Skill Set

Professional Experience

  • 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience

  • Experience supervising front-of-house and/or bar operations

  • Staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training

  • Inventory management and vendor ordering

  • Cash handling and daily sales reconciliation

  • Experience managing high-volume service periods

  • Knowledge of liquor laws, food safety, and health department compliance

  • Customer service and guest recovery experience

  • Event coordination and nightlife/lounge operations experience preferred

  • Experience using POS systems and reservation platforms
