The Restaurant General Manager will lead the launch of a new elevated dining concept, overseeing all operational aspects to ensure an exceptional guest experience and successful store opening. This leadership role demands expertise in managing a large team, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong vendor and customer relationships within a dynamic environment.

Must have full service GM experience to be considered. Full BAR.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team of 50+ staff to achieve operational excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee inventory control and budget adherence
• Lead all activities related to the new store launch
• Ensure consistent quality assurance across all dining operations
• Develop strong vendor relations to support restaurant needs
• Implement training and development programs for team members

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
