Now, we're looking for a solid General Manager to join our ranks and bring that same energy. Someone who's ready to take ownership of a high-performing team, drive consistent results, and create a workplace where both employees and guests genuinely want to be.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 40+ staff
• Oversee daily operations and uphold high service standards
• Hire, train, and develop a strong management bench
• Manage food and labor costs, scheduling, and inventory
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment
• Foster a culture where fun and professionalism go hand in hand

What You Bring:

• 3+ years as a GM, AGM or KM in full-service, concept
• A proven ability to lead by example and keep teams engaged
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibilities
• Great communication skills and a guest-first mindset
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
• We are closed for Christmas and Thanksgiving
