A high-volume, campus-based fast-casual Mediterranean concept is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations. This role offers significant leadership responsibility, strong earning potential, and a unique seasonal schedule with extended off-season flexibility.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

  • Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations.
  • Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and operational efficiencies.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff.
  • Build a culture of accountability and hospitality.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance.

Financial Performance

  • Maintain full P&L responsibility.
  • Control labor, food costs, and operating expenses.
  • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Guest Experience

  • Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Maintain high standards for hospitality and operational execution.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
  • 2+ years managing supervisors, managers, or large hourly teams.
  • Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills.
  • Experience in high-volume fast-casual or QSR environments preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000-$85,000 annually.
  • Competitive compensation for the Boston fast-casual market.
