This is a full-time, temporary to permanent opportunity to join a well-respected organization! The Resource Recovery Representative is responsible for working with past-due customers to resolve delinquencies in accordance with department and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, call center environment.
