ANESTHESIA NEEDS: 4x10 non consecutive. Need full time.

Cross credential: North Central Baptist - need to be open to potentially traveling between NCB and Resolute if needed. Provider would be given ample notice on the schedule if asked to go to NCB for a shift.
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Length of contract: 6 months

Blocks, spinals, epidurals required? Not required but can do if they are willing and able.
Types of cases: General, ortho, gyno, ENT, Cath lab (A FIBS, to TEEs, ICD implants)

QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST fill Submission Questionnaire and attach to presentation file
MUST double check and report malpractice history
