Frank Ciotta & Associates is a full service residential and commercial real estate appraisal firm established in 1988, with corporate headquarters in Jericho, New York. We cover the Five Boroughs of NYC, Nassau and Suffolk Counties as well as Westchester, Putnam, Sullivan, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Counties, in New York, Fairfield County Connecticut and select counties in New Jersey.
