Residential Field Superintendent - Concrete, Masonry, and Framing

Local area structural contractor focused exclusively in new home construction is looking to hire Field Superintendent to manage the daily activities of their concrete, masonry, and framing. Candidates should have a general knowledge of construction. Prior structural knowledge and experience is preferred, but is not necessary for consideration.

Strong candidates will have experience scheduling, directing sub contractors, checking and reviewing install and quality, and interacting with customers builders rep as a sub contractor.

The environment is fast and always interesting, no day will ever be the same.

The position is a salaried position, with full health benefits, paid holidays, company vehicle / vehicle allowance, company provided phone / computer, paid fuel.

Pay will be based on prior experience and knowledge. Training will be provided for those looking to make a career change.
