Core Duties:

Answering customer questions, providing information, processing orders and addressing complaints.

Answering phone calls , calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries.

Compiling, maintaining and updating company records.

Order Entry; Purchase Orders and Sales Orders

Purchase / Manage inventory and work with vendors to ensure the regular supply of materials.

Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies

Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions

Timeclock management for all shop personnel

Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, and multimedia instruments.

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in an administrative role

Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
