What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified clients via phone or Zoom
• Identify client needs and recommend coverage solutions
• Educate families on financial protection options
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects
• Work independently while collaborating with a high-energy remote team

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based
• Uncapped Commissions (Top producers earn $100K+)

Requirements

• U.S. Resident
• Coachable with strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to obtain state insurance license (we help you through the process)
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
