Title: Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist (PBM) Pay rate: $53 an hr Position Type: Contract to hire Start date: 11/09/26 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (candidate's local time zone) + occasional weekends Training: 5 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CT (starts 11/09/2026) Location: 100% Remote / Work-from-Home (U.S.) Position Summary We're hiring Remote Pharmacists to review and process prior authorization requests in accordance with established policies and procedures. This is a non-patient-facing role in a high-volume, production-based environment requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and comfort working in a secure remote setting.
