Remote Integrator

Position summary GCB Services LLC is hiring a Remote Integrator to integrate Ericsson LTE and 5G NR sites on Verizon's network from inside the Verizon tenant (EDN). The integrator works with field crews in real time to bring sites on air, and builds and runs scripts that make integration faster, repeatable, and auditable. This is not an entry-level ENM operator role. Candidates must have already performed integrations inside Verizon's environment and be fluent in both Verizon's tooling and Ericsson's. Reports to: Integration Manager Location: Remote (U.S.-based); must meet Verizon's requirements for EDN access Type: Full-time Schedule: Day support plus maintenance-window cutovers (typically 00 00 local in the market being worked) Key responsibilities: remote integration in the Verizon tenant Work inside Verizon EDN through Verizon's approved remote access, following its change, security, and data-handling rules Use Verizon's integration and operations tools to pull site data, track integration status, open and close change tickets, and submit completion Use Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) in the Verizon environment for node discovery, auto-provisioning, configuration management, alarm monitoring, and software upgrades Build and validate integration packages from CIQ/RFDS data: site, transport (TN), and radio network (RN) configuration Lead field crews through power-up, software load, and site integration; confirm the node reaches ENM and is synchronized Validate cell parameters against design: PCI, TAC, EARFCN/NR-ARFCN, power, tilts, neighbors, and feature activation Unlock cells, clear alarms, and verify KPIs after the site comes up: accessibility, retainability, throughput, and handover Support carrier adds, FSU migrations, baseband swaps, and modernization cutovers in maintenance windows; run rollback when exit criteria are not met Isolate faults across hardware, fiber, transport, configuration, and core connectivity; tell the field exactly what to check and fix Escalate to Verizon market engineering and Ericsson support with clear findings, logs, and dumps Document every integration: final configuration, test results, alarm-free status, and handoff to Verizon operations Key responsibilities: scripting and automation Write, maintain, and run AMOS/MoShell scripts for pre-checks, integration, parameter changes, health checks, and post-checks Generate site configuration and parameter files from CIQ/RFDS data (Bulk CM imports, ENM CLI command files, NCLI) Use ENM scripting (Python ENM scripting library and ENM CLI) for bulk operations across many nodes Build pre/post comparison scripts that flag configuration differences, alarm deltas, and KPI degradation Write Python, Bash, and Excel/VBA tools to parse logs, KGets, and CIQs, and produce reports Version-control and document scripts so other integrators can run them safely Test every script in a controlled way before using it on live network elements; build in dry-run and rollback paths Work with GCB's tools team to turn repeatable integration steps into automated workflows Required qualifications 3+ years of Ericsson RAN integration, with LTE and 5G NR Hands-on integration performed from inside the Verizon tenant (EDN), not only on other carriers or in lab environments Working fluency with Verizon's integration, ticketing, and site-data tools, and with Verizon's change and access processes Strong ENM skills: auto-provisioning, CM/FM/PM, software management, and ENM CLI Strong AMOS/MoShell skills: reading MO trees, alarms, logs, and KGets, and writing scripts Scripting in at least one general-purpose language (Python preferred; Bash acceptable) Working knowledge of Ericsson baseband and radio hardware, CPRI/eCPRI fronthaul, sync, and transport IP Able to read CIQs, RFDS, and MOPs and turn them into integration steps Able to direct field crews clearly and calmly during live cutovers Able to pass Verizon's background check and meet its requirements for EDN access Preferred qualifications Active or recent Verizon EDN access credentials Experience with FSU migrations, C-band, and 5G NR SA/NSA integrations on Verizon Ericsson RAN training or certification Experience integrating Ericsson Radio Dot System (DOT) and in-building sites Experience with Samsung RAN tooling in addition to Ericsson Git, SQL, or REST API experience Field installation or integration background before moving to remote integration Work conditions Remote work from a secure, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet that meets Verizon's security requirements Overnight maintenance windows and weekend cutovers on a rotating schedule On-call support for escalations during active project phases Handles customer network data under Verizon and GCB confidentiality rules This description lists the general duties of the role.
