Handle H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions Prepare PERM labor certification filings Draft and review I-140 immigrant petitions and Adjustment of Status applications Draft petitions, support letters, and legal briefs to a high standard of precision Manage simultaneous deadlines across multiple active matters Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case progression Looking for: J.D. and bar admission in any U.S. state 1.5+ years of employment-based immigration experience Familiarity with any of the following welcomed: H-1B / L-1 / O-1 / TN nonimmigrant visa petitions PERM Labor Certification I-140 Immigrant Petitions Adjustment of Status Consular Processing Global Work Authorization Employer Compliance Interested in hearing more?
