Registered Nurse (RN), Quality Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time 1.0 FTE or 80 hours/pp Exempt/Salaried

Schedule: 8-hour M-F Day shifts, Flexible Start Times (8a-4:30p)

How you'll contribute

An RN Quality Analyst who excels in this role:

  • Maintains regulatory, accreditation and certification requirements and processes.
  • Conducts performance and process improvement activities through consultation, development of performance measures, education, chart reviews, root cause analysis, data collection and analysis to achieve safety and quality goals
  • Analyzes data.
  • Develop presentations and facilitate meetings.
  • Participates and attends meetings as required and/ or assigned.
  • Serves as an educational resource when needed.
  • Conducts department/ unit rounding as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Michigan RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's preferred).

Additional requirements include

  • Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (preferred)
