The Medical-Surgical Department at Havasu Regional Medical Center is a 40+ bed unit. </p><p> <strong>How you'll contribute </strong> </p><p> A <strong>Medical Surgical</strong> <strong>RN</strong> who excels in this role: </p><ul><li><p> Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. </p></li><li><p> Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family. </p></li><li><p> Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs. </p></li><li><p> Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. </p></li></ul><p> </p><p> <strong>Why join us </strong> </p><p> We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
