<b> <b>Job Description</b> </b><br><br>As a Registered Nurse on our Renal Transplant Unit, you will provide care to chronically ill patients recovering from kidney transplant procedures and other complex conditions and treatment plans. This is a fast-paced high acuity unit that is growing due to continued success of our Kidney Transplant Services that continues to increase our number of kidney transplants each year.<br><br><b> Shift: Full Time Nights, 12 hour shifts, this position has weekend shift differentail. </b><br><br><b>Responsibilities:</b><br><ul><li>Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.</li><li>Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li><li>This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.</li></ul><b> <b>Job Requirements</b> </b><br><br>Applicable Experience:<br>Less than 1 year<br><br>Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)<br><br>Associate Degree - Nursing<br><br><b> <b>Job Details</b> </b><br>Full Time<br><br>Night (United States of America)<br><br><b> The best place to get care.
