We are currently expanding our close-knit clinical team and seeking an energetic, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our practice. Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly Wage: $42.00 - $47.00 per hour (Based on experience)

• Bonus Structure: Monthly staff bonuses based on hitting practice goals

• Retirement: 401(k) plan

• Insurance: Fully employer-covered Life Insurance policy

• Schedule (Full-Time): Monday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) & Friday (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM) No Weekends!

Core Responsibilities: As an integral part of our patient care family, your primary duties will include:

• Preventive Care: Perform routine teeth cleanings with precision, removing plaque, tartar (calculus), and stains.

• Oral Health Examinations: Assess patient oral health, conduct vital early screenings for conditions like gingivitis, periodontitis, and oral cancer, and carefully document findings.

• Diagnostics: Safely take and process high-quality dental X-rays to accurately diagnose periodontal health.

• Preventive Treatments: Apply advanced cavity-preventive agents, including fluoride treatments and pit/fissure sealants.

• Patient Education: Teach proper brushing and flossing techniques, and provide friendly, practical counseling on how diet and nutrition impact oral health.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).

• Current CPR / BLS certification.

• A warm, gentle, and empathetic chairside manner.

• A team-player attitude aligned with our supportive, collaborative culture.
