Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one support to clients in various settings.
• Monitor and record client progress and behaviors accurately.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior intervention strategies.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote learning and growth.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members regarding client progress.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Behavioral Technician or Certified Behavioral Technician.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
