Broad River Rehab is growing and is looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Skilled Nursing/ Therapy recruitment, with knowledge of screening, interviewing and hiring. If you have a passion for finding great talent, driving company growth and helping therapist find promising careers, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Actively source candidates for specific job orders
Maintain candidate tracking data
Perform detailed and efficient initial phone screens of potential candidates
Schedule follow up interviews with successful candidates with Rehab Director
Complete outreach to new candidate applications every day
Participate in weekly meetings with regional teams
Partner with Regional Managers to determine best fits for team needs
Willingness and excitement for learning new and advanced recruiting skills for professional development

Qualifications:

2-3 years of Therapy recruiting experience
Experience in recruiting PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA for a Skilled Nursing Facility
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with individuals of all levels
Good time management skills
Ability to multitask
Detailed oriented, organized and has the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of all computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to work efficiently in a remote position Job:
