We are seeking aRecruiting Coordinatorto support a busy client account focused onhigh-volume hiring. This person will partner closely with the Account Manager to help move candidates efficiently through the recruiting process, from initial review through interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, candidate-facing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where urgency, communication, and sound judgment are key.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Account Manager to support recruiting activity for high-volume roles
Review and evaluate inbound applicants to identify viable candidates
Conductvideo screensto assess qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit
Determine whether candidates meet the basic requirements and should move forward in the process
Guide candidates through each stage of the interview process
Communicate with candidates regarding next steps, scheduling, and interview preparation
Maintain accurate candidate records and timely follow-up throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Help keep hiring activity organized and moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Provide a positive candidate experience through professional and responsive communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
1-2 years of prior recruiting, coordination, customer-facing, or administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidate viability and professionalism through screening conversations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple candidates and priorities at once
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Any previous experience working with Bullhornis a plus
