• Perform or coordinate cleaning, detailing, and minor reconditioning tasks on vehicles.
• Document vehicle conditions and report any issues to management or service departments.
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for display or delivery in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to dealership and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth vehicle flow through the recon process.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify vehicle defects or maintenance needs.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, cleaning, and inspection.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
