Location: Fallsington, PA Full-Time On-Site

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors while providing accurate and timely order entry support to our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.


• Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors.


• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.


• Process order changes, confirmations, and customer inquiries.


• Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, and customer service teams.


• Maintain customer records and filing systems.


• Respond to emails and general office correspondence.


• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or order entry experience preferred.


• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
