About the job

The Receiving, Distribution & Records Technician supports warehouse operations by receiving,
storing, distributing, and tracking supplies, equipment, and records while maintaining accurate
inventory and documentation.

We're looking for someone who

• Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience (preferred)
• Has 2+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, materials handling, or receiving and distribution (preferred)
• Has experience using inventory or supply chain management systems (preferred)
• Possesses basic computer skills, including email and data entry
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Communicates clearly and provides excellent customer service
• Is able to work independently and as part of a team
• Can accurately maintain inventory records and documentation
• Is willing to obtain California Designated Representative (Exemptee) certification for on-call eligibility (required)
• Is willing to support warehouse operations and other assigned duties as needed

What you'll do

• Receive, store, and distribute supplies and equipment throughout the facility
• Maintain inventory using the supply chain management system
• Deliver supplies to hospital departments and offsite locations
• Assist with the pickup and delivery of records and supplies
• Assign storage locations and container labels
• Operate barcode scanners to track inventory and records
• Retrieve, store, and purge records according to departmental policies
• Maintain record retention inventories with guidance from the Warehouse Supervisor
• Assist with general warehouse operations and inventory activities
• Support maintenance and upkeep of warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Provide support to additional departments as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused work environment
• Physical requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs safely
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended
• periods
• Must be able to push and pull carts containing supplies and records
• Must be able to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, and inventory tasks
