About United DFW Properties

United DFW Properties is a team-alternative brokerage serving North Texas, specifically designed for agents escaping team environments who want lead generation, broker partnership, and independence. Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: Commission pay ($65,000 - $190,000+ annually)

  • Benefits: Flexible schedule

  • Schedule: Self-determined

  • Supplemental Pay: Commission pay

  • Work Location: Grapevine, TX and Fort Worth, TX (Service Areas: Tarrant, Hood, Parker, Wise, Johnson, and Denton Counties)

What We're Looking For:

  • Team-Ready-to-Leave Professional: An agent currently on a team who's ready to operate independently but wants the safety net of broker support and a lead pipeline to maintain income stability through the transition.

  • Lead-Ready Closer: Comfortable taking warm, qualified leads and converting them into transactions without the team coaching structure but with access to broker guidance when needed.

  • Business-Focused Operator: Motivated by independence and higher net income, willing to manage your own operations while leveraging our lead and broker resources to accelerate your transition.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification and Conversion: Quickly engage inbound leads from our lead team, qualify prospects, and close transactions using our CRM system and transaction platform with proven workflows.

  • Pipeline Development: Supplement broker-sourced leads with personal prospecting and referral network development to build a balanced lead generation model that grows over time beyond team reliance.

  • Solo Practice Operations: Manage your own business systems, marketing, and client relationships independently, with broker support available when needed for complex issues or compliance guidance.

  • Broker Collaboration: Coordinate with our brokers on complex transactions, compliance, and strategic business decisions as required, maintaining professional relationships with expert advisors.
