Radon Mitigation Installer

We are seeking a Radon Mitigation Installer to become a part of our team! You will work at various residential and commercial sites installing radon mitigation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Drilling, cutting and patching concrete.
• Crawlspace plumbing and encapsulation.
• Sump pump replacement/sealing sump pit covers.
• Install and repair wiring and electrical components on radon fans.
• Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures of radon systems.

Qualifications:

• Work individually to complete assigned tasks; efficiently manage time and workload.
• Proper use of power tools, able to work off ladders and safely work in attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Measures, marks or records openings or distances to layout areas where construction will work will be performed.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Requirements:

• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Radon certification is preferred. However, candidates without certification must demonstrate the ability and willingness to obtain certification.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks that may require climbing, crawling and lifting.
